The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@ourplan.is. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and — if it helps — the iPhone model and iOS version you’re on. We typically reply within a couple of business days.

Membership and billing

One membership covers your whole household. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew.

• Manage or cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Our Plan. You can also visit your App Store subscriptions.
• Restore a purchase: in the app, open the membership screen and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in to the same Apple ID.
• Refunds: purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If your membership ends: the plan you built stays readable; check-ins, editing, and hazard information turn back on when you rejoin.

Your account and data

You can delete your account and its data from the app under Settings → Account. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it, or email us with any request about your information.

Common questions

Does the app work offline? Yes — your plan lives on your device. Check-ins queue and send as soon as signal returns.

Where does the safety information come from? Public safety information is surfaced from authoritative federal sources — NWS, USGS, AirNow, NIFC, and NOAA — with the source named on screen. The timing of those publications is set by those agencies.

Is Our Plan an emergency service? No. It’s a coordination and information tool, not a substitute for 911, and it doesn’t guarantee that a message is delivered.

Does the app tell me what to do? No. Preparedness suggestions in the app are general information, not advice tailored to your household. Decisions are yours, and where local officials have issued instructions, follow theirs.
